About the Job

The grooming role will serve the full servicing grooming needs at Camp Bow Wow Lindenhurst. Primary focus will be the full hair trims, but assistance in bathing and nail trims may be required on occasion. We expect candidates for this position to have the trimming and shearing skills necessary to fulfill client expectations. A full client roster is already established, no need to build your clientele!

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver superior full service grooming and hair cut services to our campers
• Monitor grooming inventory
• Having fun and being creative!

Requirements

• Successful completing of a grooming certification program or equivalent grooming salon experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Possess excellent dog handling skills; from large to small, easy to difficult, and the various personalities that comes with the pups
• MUST LOVE DOGS!
• Ability to commute/relocate

Schedule:

• Full or part time
• Flexible schedule, weekday or weekend hours available

Pay:

• 50% commission + all earned tips
• Set your own rates!
