Lifted Trucks is seeking an  experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at our brand-new location in Austin, Texas! This is a highly lucrative opportunity offering competitive compensation and a healthy work-life balance in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance process, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions.
• Maximize profitability by offering customers financial products that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, rates, and dealership processes.
• Ensure all deals comply with state and federal regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Offer:

Lucrative Compensation: $36,000 base salary plus aggressive commission and bonus structure. Compensation can vary depending on overall performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership finance experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work on-site in Aurora, CO.
