Together, we create an environment where you can grow, contribute, and help improve the experience and outcomes for every patient we serve. ## Position Highlights:* Varied Shifts: 7:00am -3:30pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm, 9:30am -6:00pm, 12:30pm -9:00pm* Weekends and Holidays on a rotational basis* Locations: Hinsdale (Clay), Westmont, Lisle## ## Benefits:* ## Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance.* ## Access to a mental health benefit at no cost.* ## Employer provided life and disability insurance.* ## $5,250 Tuition Reimbursement per year.* ## Immediate 401(k) match.* ## 40 hours paid volunteer time off.* ## A culture committed to community engagement and social impact.* ## Up to 12 weeks parental leave at 100% pay and a financial benefit for adoption and surrogacy for non-physician team members once eligibility requirements are met.## Responsibilities:* ## Sonographic procedures according to department standards in a timely and efficient manner.* ## Provides patient education in the form of written material and/or verbal explanation prior to, during and subsequent to the procedure in order to reduce the patient’s anxiety and enhance his/her comfort zone with respect to tolerance of the procedures* ## Produces examinations that meet image quality standards in accordance with department protocols.* ## Submits images for physician interpretation.* ## Verifies accuracy of: patient demographic information, pertinent clinical diagnosis, and required technical results. Data must be entered accurately and in a timely fashion to provide optimal patient care.* ## Verifies all technical data entry components are complete prior to the end of shift.* ## Monitors stock supplies in imagining rooms to assure their regular availability by timely reordering, rotation of dated items, and by maintenance of a clean and orderly environment.* ## Reports incidences of equipment failure.* ## Actively supports organizational changes.* ## Adheres to institutional safety procedures as described in the institutional safety program.* ## Actively participates in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Works closely with nurses and physicians to achieve positive outcomes and optimal patient flow.* ## Performs job functions while modeling service principles with customer service focus of innovation, service excellence and teamwork to provide the highest quality care and service to our patients, families, co-workers and others.## Qualifications: EDUCATION and / or CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:* ## Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program* ## ARDMS certification required* ## Current BLS certification required* ## One to three years of ultrasound experience preferred* ## Comfortable working between our Naperville and Lisle offices## ## If you're looking for a place where teamwork matters, your expertise is valued, and you can build a long-term career in a supportive environment, we'd love to meet you.## ## The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $37.00 - $54.00, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
