Rates:

Malpractice – Must be included in rates.

Orientation – $250-262.50 - half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"

Hourly – $500-525 - "Per hour, not OT"

Holiday – $750-787.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. "Per holiday hour, no OT"

Nightly Call – $1300-2000 - "Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2 hours gratis"

Holiday Nightly Call - $1950-3000 - "Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2 hours gratis"

On Call (Daily) – $4,200-$4,500 "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $6300-6750 - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

Call Back – $500-525 – "Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms."

Holiday Call Back – $750-787.50 – "Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms."
