We are looking for a Software Engineer with AI focus, this is a strategic, hands on role focused on integration Agentoc AI and machine learning into the e-commerce and retail stack


Role & Responsibilities

• AI Integration & Development: Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to enhance the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including code generation, automated testing, and defect prevention.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Build and maintain high-performance, scalable Java-based microservices, APIs, and React-based user interfaces.
• AI-Powered Optimization: Implement AI/ML-based capabilities for personalization, rule recommendations, and fraud prevention.
• Agentic AI & RAG: Develop and deploy AI agents for customer product discovery and RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge bases.
• Model-Context Protocol (MCP): Utilize MCP to accelerate AI adoption and improve context-aware AI interactions.

Experience :


1+ year of full-stack development experience.


Experience working with AI Agentic systems, LLMs (Large Language Models), and RAG architecture.


Knowledge/Experience in Azure or AWS cloud


Preferred skills:

• Experience with Spark, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases, and building API gateways.
• Code Assistants: Experience leveraging AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning for hyper-personalization.
• Understanding of MLOps practices for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with zero tolerance for delivery slippages
