Senior District Manager - GI Care - (Greater Chicago, IL & Milwaukee, WI)

Senior District Manager position overseeing gastrointestinal care sales operations across Greater Chicago and Milwaukee territories. Responsible for coordinating field teams, implementing district sales plans, and driving revenue growth while developing talent and maintaining collaborative internal partnerships.

Responsibilities

Coordinate field team activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives within assigned geography
Develop, implement, and monitor district sales plans aligned with market dynamics and managed care landscape
Coach and mentor direct and indirect reports to enhance skills and elevate team performance
Partner with internal stakeholders on business planning and provide strategic market insights
Model AbbVie's organizational values and culture of engagement across the district

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in health sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field, or equivalent industry experience
Business analysis and sales planning skills with proven ability to drive performance
Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities with excellent feedback delivery
Scientific knowledge to articulate treatment aspects and therapeutic area information
Talent development and performance management experience with coaching abilities
Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
HCIR credentialing eligibility including background check and immunization compliance
