Leasing Consultant

Overview Leasing Consultant – Full time – Marlborough, MA 01752. Total base pay range $41,000.00 - $57,000.00. Creating a better way to live is the purpose that binds AvalonBay associates. Responsibilities Work at multiple communities: Avalon Marlborough and Kanso Milford. Lead daily operations of the leasing team and ensure residents experience luxury living. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with prospective and current residents. Conduct personalized tours, recommend floorplans, and highlight neighborhood amenities. Use sales and marketing strategies, including creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media, to drive leasing performance. Follow through on leads by delivering tailored updates and information to prospective residents. Support colleagues by providing guidance, training, and acting as a resource for new hires. Attend weekend high‑traffic periods; Saturday availability required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1+ year experience in leasing or customer service in real estate or property management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
