What you’ll accomplish with us As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Lead requirements gathering and translates business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional and non‑functional specifications. Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, user acceptance testing, and requirements tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Analyzes business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, automation opportunities, and improvements that deliver measurable business value. What could accelerate your success in this role Is known for their experience managing backlogs, prioritization and supporting delivery teams Stands out for their excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Demonstrates strong experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments Is recognized for their strong capability in requirements elicitation, documentation and validation across the full lifecycle.
