Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for its Cherry Hill, NJ office. This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package and a flexible work environment. Duties Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery. Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences. Conduct complex legal research and discovery investigations. Draft discovery requests, responses, motions, and legal memoranda. Review discovery responses and prepare litigation update reports. Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle claims. Communicate with clients to provide legal analysis and advice. Requirements Must be barred in New Jersey. New Jersey litigation experience preferred. Experience in drafting discovery, depositions, and arguing motions preferred. Excellent writing and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in New Jersey. Skills Strong legal research and analytical skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
