Senior Manager, Data Science

Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Manager, Data Science will develop advanced models and decision systems to enhance caregiver-client matching, scheduling, and operational efficiency while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Care Operations. Key responsibilities Shape the Data Science and Applied AI roadmap to maximize impact through predictive modeling and optimization Lead the development of production models that enhance matching, scheduling, and service reliability Establish standards for evaluating and deploying machine learning and AI-enabled systems while mentoring the team as a player-coach Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of developing production models that drive significant business outcomes Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex operational challenges Strong understanding of the principles of applied AI, including system design and evaluation Educational background in a quantitative or technical field is preferred, but demonstrated ability and impact are prioritized
