VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center is adding relief Registered Veterinary Technicians to our ER team!
Location: 7625 Freeport Blvd Sacramento CA 95832
Schedule: Relief - Swing shift Overnight shift
Compensation: $26 - $35 / hr depending on experience and skill sets
VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center is a multi-doctor Hybrid Emergency practice proudly serving Sacramento, CA. We are dedicated to exceptional patient care, client education, and a collaborative, service-driven environment. The Position:
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide quality patient care while performing emergency triage
- Patient restraint during examinations, injections, treatments, induction etc.
- Maintain hospital cleanliness and building upkeep
- Prioritize tasks and change when needed
- Emergency triage
- Hospitalized patient care
- Catheter placement
- Anesthesia
- Assist Veterinarians
- Keep accurate records and logs
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
