Local Delivery Driver - CDL Class B

Job Title: Class B Delivery Driver (Local Delivery) Location: Sioux City, IA Overview Join Loffredo Fresh Foods as a Class B Delivery Driver based out of our Sioux City cross dock. We are a local, family-owned food and produce distributor that has proudly served the Midwest region for over 130 years. We distribute to 11 different states across our 6 locations. As a Delivery Driver, you are the team member that our customers interact with the most. Providing exceptional customer service is a key part of this role and is essential in maintaining our commitment to customer service. You will interact with customers professionally, ensuring a positive delivery experience and addressing any questions or concerns. Duties include checking orders for accuracy, inspecting product for damage, and keeping accurate records of deliveries. Pay: $23.00 per hour Schedule: Start time 3:30 AM until complete, usually between 12 PM and 4 PM Days off Sunday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday What we look for: Valid interstate eligible driver's license, 21+ or older Ability to work early morning hours (3:30 AM start) Access to reliable and punctual transportation Pass a background check (including sex offender registry) Willing to recertify DOT Med Card and pass a DOT drug screen Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) and Clearinghouse full query Must be able to read and write English Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery orders Must be comfortable driving a straight truck What you’ll do: SAFETY FIRST.
