BBSI is looking for a HUB Receiving Clerk. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse receiving duties. Must be able to multi-task multiple projects/assignments.

PAYRATE $21-23 depending on Exp.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday (1st Shift) Either 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Support all aspects of receiving materials, products, and supplies.
• Perform forklift operations such as loading, unloading, and transporting material to different locations within the facility.
• Maintain electronic receiving document files.
• Collaborate with Finance on AP invoice matching to receipts.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading activity for pickup and deliveries.
• Maintain stock levels and organize storage of product packaging and labeling.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and safe environment.
• Provide receipt backup to Accounting when requested and work to resolve receipt issues.
• Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor.
• Conduct preassigned daily cycle counts as requested.
• Assist on all warehouse clerk duties during peak periods in the warehouse as required.

Qualifications:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and time management.
• Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent math skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
• At least two years’ related work experience is required.
• Obtain forklift certification within 90 days of job start date.
• Experience with ISO 9001 is preferred.
