Our affiliate, Unified Womens Healthcare of North Carolina, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist/Nocturnist Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Asheville, NC. Join a compassionate group who provide a team approach to patient care. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience in our office individualized and meaningful.

About the Practice:

The practice consists of 7 total physicians along with a great support staff. The practice has built up a solid patient base by serving women in the Asheville area for almost 40 years. All deliveries and GYN surgeries are completed at Mission Hospital. Mission Hospital has a level 3 NICU Unit, robotics for specialized GYN surgeries, and the Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) residency program. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join an excellent group of physicians in a growing area and a great hospital system. Looking for a physician who wants to work hospital shifts and focus their career on Labor & Delivery.

Practice Highlights:

• Shifts will be at Mission Hospital. Mission Hospital is a level 1 trauma center with a level 3 NICU, hospitalist support and the da Vinci robotic system
• Private Call Room for the practice is provided with full amenities.
• Hospital has L&D cover team that can tag-team and assist hospitalist
• Full time position - 5pm-8am
• Provider will be required to work 10 days per month
• Generally 2-3 consecutive shifts
• Group malpractice coverage
• Call is shared with another practice group
• Competitive compensation and benefits package
• $30K commencement and $30K retention bonus
