Position Information

• Shift: Nights / 7pm - 7am
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other; block accommodated where possible but never a guarantee

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med Surg or Surgical unit.

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 23
• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• Equipment: Customary, including IV pumps
• EMR: EPIC

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in post-surgical care, specifically in urology, orthopedics, and general surgery
• Must be willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Peri Dialysis knowledge or experience

Type of Patients on Unit

Post-surgical patients in a Medical-Surgical unit setting.
