Assistant Manager

Compensation AverageAll in pay range with bonuses and spiffs $20 to $24 per hour. New hire bonus ramp up structure. Responsibilities Conduct administrative duties at the store. Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis. Maintain facilities for audit compliance. Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience. Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed. Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
