General information Country USA State Ohio City Cincinnati Descriptions & requirements About the role:The Sports Partnerships specialist is responsible for managing and maximizing TQL's partnerships with FC Cincinnati and University of Cincinnati Athletics. This role oversees the execution of sponsorship assets, hospitality programs, game-day activations, partner relationships, and reporting to ensure these investments drive brand visibility, recruiting support, customer engagement, and employee experiences.The ideal candidate combines relationship management, activation planning, event execution, and project management while serving as the primary liaison between TQL, FC Cincinnati, University of Cincinnati Athletics, and internal stakeholders.What's in it for you:Competitive compensation and benefits packageHealth, dental and vision coverage401(k) with company matchCareer advancement opportunities with a growing organizationExposure to high-profile sports, university, and community partnershipsCollaborative and energetic work environmentWhat you'll be doing:Manage day-to-day relationships with TQL's sponsorship partnersEnsure contractual sponsorship benefits are fulfilled and maximizedCoordinate and execute partnership activations, events, promotions, and branding opportunitiesServe as the primary host for sponsorship-related events, matches, and games, acting as the single point of contact for guests and ensuring a best-in-class experience from arrival through departureAbility to accommodate a flexible schedule including working some nights and weekends Assist managing hospitality assets including tickets, suites, premium seating, and partner experiencesCollaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Communications, Events, and other internal stakeholders to activate sponsorship assetsTrack sponsorship deliverables, timelines, and partnership commitmentsMeasure and report on sponsorship performance, utilization, and valueManage sponsorship budgets, invoicing, contracts, and asset inventoriesCoordinate partner requests and ensure seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and impact of existing partnershipsWhat you need:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sports Management, or related field1 to 2 years of experience in sponsorships, partnership marketing, sports marketing, event marketing or a related fieldStrong relationship management and communication skillsExceptional organization and project management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughProficiency with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred:Experience working with professional sports, collegiate athletics, or community partnershipsExperience managing sponsorship activations and hospitality programsExperience managing contracts, budgets, and partner communicationsWhere you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45245Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
