Residential Plumber - New Construction

Location: Kalida, OH

Pay: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience, plus performance incentives

Schedule: Full-Time | Year-Round Employment

What You'll Do

• Install plumbing systems for residential new construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Ensure installations meet company standards and local codes
• Coordinate with builders, contractors, and team members
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site
• Deliver quality workmanship that reflects our reputation for excellence

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing experience
• Experience with residential new construction plumbing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
