Tool Pattern Maker

Consolidated Precision Products is seeking a Tool Pattern Maker to support aerospace and industrial casting operations. In this highly technical role, you will build, modify, and repair precision patterns, core boxes, and tooling used in complex castings. Responsibilities include reading engineering drawings, machining and finishing tooling to tight tolerances, verifying dimensions with precision instruments, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve tooling issues. You’ll support continuous improvement, maintain safety and 5S standards, and contribute to reliable, repeatable manufacturing of mission-critical components.
