  • Engage in meaningful collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, effective treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs within the healthcare system.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and continuous education opportunities to keep abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each with unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. Your efforts will directly impact their journey toward recovery and mental wellness, allowing them to navigate life’s complexities with improved coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to form accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans are necessary.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently effectively while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards is imperative.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred but not a requirement for entry-level therapists.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
