Shift Supervisor: Looking for an experienced shift supervisor to join our team.
Qualified applicants will be 18 years old or older, have verifiable experience as a shift supervisor in a fast food environment, positive outgoing personality, and the flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
We are looking for someone that wants to grow with our company that currently includes two locations with a third opening within the next 6 months. We have a proven history of promotion from within up to the general manager level.
Starting pay is $16.00 pr hour plus the ability to earn an additional 10% monthly by working your schedule as posted, arriving to work and signing in on time, and signing in and out correctly each day. Managers that meet these three criteria each month will receive an additional 10% paid monthly. This means if you earn your monthly bonus by doing the things every employee should be doing daily your pay works out to $17.60 per hour.
