Job Title

Travel RN – Cath Lab Prep/Recovery Nurse

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13-Week Travel Assignment) | Days | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 4 x 10-hour shifts per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and recover patients undergoing Cath Lab and EP Lab procedures
• Provide intraprocedural 1:1 patient care and maintain pre/post ratios of 3–4:1
• Perform and assist with IR, Invasive CT, and Invasive Ultrasound cases
• Monitor patients using bedside monitors, telemetry, IV pumps, and specialty beds
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekday nights and weekend call as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or related specialty
• ICU or Emergency Department experience required
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Experience with cardiac diagnoses, with emphasis on vascular patients, IVDA, chest tubes, and CVA

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous Interventional Radiology (IR) experience strongly preferred
• Moderate sedation experience preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner documentation system
