Required Skills

• Minimum of 2+ years of Emergency Room experience
• Valid Ohio RN license
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI
• Proficiency in triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, emergency medications, procedural sedation, ventilated patients, trauma, psych holds, and pediatric emergency care
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt quickly

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or stroke-certified/STEMI-certified facility
• Familiarity with EPIC documentation system and Pyxis medication management
• Previous float experience and comfort with rapid shift changes

Preferred Education and Experience

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years in ER settings
• Prior experience in trauma or pediatric emergency care highly preferred

Other Requirements

• Willingness to work Night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) on a 3x12-hour schedule
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Must adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
