Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS Java and Spring Boot to develop and support scalable enterprise applications within the Telecom/RAN (Radio Access Network) domain.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development along with strong understanding of telecom applications and RAN technologies . Prior experience working with Verizon or Verizon telecom projects is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS Java and Spring Boot .
- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using ReactJS .
- Build robust backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot .
- Integrate frontend applications with backend microservices and enterprise APIs.
- Develop enhance and troubleshoot applications supporting Telecom/RAN environments .
- Work with RAN-related applications workflows data and network operations requirements.
- Participate in application design development testing debugging and production support.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues across frontend backend API and integration layers.
- Collaborate with product owners architects QA engineers DevOps teams and telecom stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups backlog refinement and retrospectives.
- Perform code reviews and follow established development and coding standards.
- Contribute to application performance scalability reliability and continuous improvement.
Required Technical Skills
Must-Have
- 5-8 years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS .
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot .
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and backend services .
- Strong understanding of Full Stack application architecture .
- Telecom domain experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of RAN (Radio Access Network) concepts and applications.
- Prior Verizon project/client experience is mandatory.
Good-to-Have
- Microservices architecture.
- Docker/Kubernetes.
- CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
- SQL and relational databases.
- Kafka or other messaging technologies.
- Experience working in large-scale telecom/networking environments.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
