Founding Business Development Representative

Founding BDRAs a Founding BDR, you'll help build Newton's outbound sales engine from the ground up. This is a pure outbound role for someone hungry to break into early-stage SaaS and learn how to sell.Dial to set: Make 90+ calls/day to book at least 3 qualified demos.Set to complete: Work closely with AEs to ensure demos show—and convert.Take the show on the road: Represent Newton at conferences and trade shows to generate leads and close deals in-person.About YouHungry & scrappy: You are willing to do whatever it takes to win, including the unglamorous work that moves the company forward.Comfortable with ambiguity – You stay calm when things are unclear and help create structure where there is none.Act like an owner: You think long-term, take pride in your work, and help shape the culture of an ambitious early-stage team.We are in-person, in our Lehi, UT office.
