About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing with a strong background in the dental or medical device industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full ownership of the company's marketing strategy, brand, and commercial demand generation across North America. This pivotal role involves partnering with the VP of Sales to ensure a seamless pipeline, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools to refine the marketing funnel, and developing go-to-market strategies for new product lines. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with creating educational content, and KOL partnerships, and leading a diverse team to maintain a premium, consistent brand presence. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, with an MBA being preferred, and a proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth through integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies. The role requires exceptional executive presence, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a history of leading high-performance marketing teams in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will be analytical, results-oriented, and adept at translating complex data into clear marketing insights. Experience in the dental or medical device industries is essential, as is the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and other teams.
