$150K Start Date Bonus-Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant Opportunity in Central Florida

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, Florida is seeking a full-time Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join a friendly, team-oriented group of 8 anesthesiologists and 17 anesthetists.

This opportunity offers a positive work environment, collaborative relationships, and a balanced case mix in a growing Central Florida community.

Position Highlights :

• $150K Start Date bonus
• Annual retention bonuses
• Extra shifts available at $175/hour
• 9 weeks of PTO
• Full-time W2 position

Case Mix Includes :

• Trauma
• General surgery
• Orthopedics
