Schedule: Part Time- 7:30am-3:30 or 10:30am-7:00pm Spring Arbor Senior Living of Midlothian, VA, is looking for a friendly and dependable Server to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating a warm and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. Your attention to detail and compassionate service will ensure that our residents receive nutritious, delicious meals while dining in a welcoming atmosphere. Why Join Us? What You’ll Do: Enhance the Dining Experience Greet residents and guests warmly as they enter the dining room Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area Assist with food preparation, plating, covering, and labeling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Wash dishes, load/unload dishwashers, and store dishes properly Who We’re Looking For: A team player who enjoys working with seniors! Patient, friendly, and service-oriented Dependable and well-groomed , following dress requirements Eager to learn and able to follow both written and verbal instructions Minimum age of 18 Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or food service is a plus!
