• Administer psychoeducational assessments, interpret results, and document findings to support student learning plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Deliver consultation and intervention services to promote positive behavioral, social, and academic outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to students and staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with federal, state, and district mandates.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities.
• Engage with students in person to foster stronger connections and facilitate successful interventions.

Qualifications:

• Valid school psychologist certification for Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain).
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs.
• Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and parents in a team setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
