Behavior Technician: RBT Certification Path & Impact

Centra Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under a BCBA, and use evidence-based methods to teach communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. The role requires patience, compassion, teamwork, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
