Operations Administrator Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for an Operations Administrator for our client in the Lumberton, NC area.

The Operations Administrator provides daily, onsite administrative support encompassing employee engagement, communications, and facility operations.

This is a purely administrative role that blends employee-facing support with behind-the-scenes execution.

The role owns key site processes, handles confidential information, and uses sound judgment to recognize and escalate employee issues when appropriate.

Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative experience preferred Manufacturing or plant environment experience strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple daily priorities in a fast-paced setting High level of discretion when handling confidential information Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
