Join our team and help us empower individuals to lead their best lives.Apply Today-Be Part of Something Truly Special!QualificationsRequired (Must-Have):High school diploma or GEDValid driver's license and proof of auto insuranceBasic computer skillsMinimum of two years' experience delivering behavioral health servicesMinimum of one year of lead experience in residential services or a two-year degree in a related fieldAbility to support individuals with significant mental health symptoms, including physical or verbal aggression, property destruction, chemical dependence, brain injury, and cognitive impairmentsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and remain active for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsSkills & Abilities:Demonstrated experience using de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and positive behavioral supportsStrong observation, counseling and assessment skillsStrong teamwork skills and openness to feedbackAbility to work one-on-one and in group settingsStrong time management and self-management skillsAdditional InformationWe believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
