• Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted West Virginia CNA certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required
• Current CPR certification required
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
• Ability to perform required job duties, including assisting residents with mobility and activities of daily living

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to support quality resident care
