You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $23.00/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities: Ensure that company assets aremaintainedand repaired Respond to requests from internal and external guestsin a timely manner Prioritize work based on the needs of team,guestsand the business Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team. Mechanical aptitude is an asset Suits a self-motivated person that enjoys a sense of accomplishment The expected pay range is$21.00/hr - $23.00/hr.
