Non-preventable accidents listed by an employer or PSP will not need review unless it is a fatality.

• Any accident with a citation in the previous 5 years is subject to Safety review.
• All preventable accidents within the last 3 years and all

fatality accidents are subject to Safety Review. Termination - Needs 6 months of safe Driving after a termination for safety Felony amp; Misdemeanor Convictions - :No drug/possession charges in the last 5 years and no more than two in a life time

• Felony conviction will be reviewed by Safety Department
