This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Perform mechanical assembly, installation, and repair tasks using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipmentRead and follow detailed work instructions and production guidelinesInspect components and completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are metMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environmentSafely operate equipment while following all workplace safety proceduresPerform light computer work, including data entry, reporting, and documentation of completed tasksWork on ladders up to 6 feet as requiredSkills & Qualifications:Experience using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularlyComfortable working on ladders up to 6 feetBasic computer skills (data entry, simple reporting)Ability to follow work instructions and work independently or on a teamGood problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudeWork Environment:Combination of shop/industrial and field work environmentsExposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperaturesRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as neededBe aware of fraud: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
