Pay: $20 Shift: Open Availability Required Hiring Immediately! Get your foot in the door in an Agriculture environment now for employment through the year! Enjoy great pay and inclusive environment while you build your skillset. Job Duties Include:
- Professional, accident-free operation of the forklift, and the precise keeping of the forklift inspections.
- Systematic maintenance and cleaning of the forklift
- Continuous tracking of the location of goods during material handling using WMS. Use the WM System accordingly and ensure accurate data entry.
- Perform any other manual job at the direction of the warehouse supervisor or team lead (e.g. sampling, inventory, cleaning)
- Keep the warehouse clean and tidy
- During the seed delivery and return season: ensure proper (loading and unloading) of transport vehicles with quality packages to meet customer expectations
- Maintain safety standards - initiate & follow emergency procedures when necessary
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- Pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings
- Have reliable transportation to the site and be able to arrive at the work site as instructed.
- 1 year of forklift experience
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- Prior forklift certification is preferred
