To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Associate Attorney will manage moderately complex civil litigation and workers' compensation cases remotely, while providing legal advice and maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, hearings, trials, and drafting legal documents Provide clear legal opinions and strategic advice to clients, ensuring strong relationships through effective communication Utilize e-discovery and case management technologies to improve legal processes and facilitate case resolutions Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school Admission to the bar in Virginia and in good standing General knowledge of insurance law and workers' compensation Proficient in e-discovery and case management systems Demonstrated ability to manage cases from start to finish under supervision
