Role Description The Physical Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cumming, GA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients with orthopedic conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent further injury. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, implementing exercise and manual therapy programs, educating patients and families on home care and injury prevention, and documenting progress in alignment with clinical and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with orthopedic physicians, rehabilitation staff, and other care team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care. The Physical Therapist will also contribute to continuous improvement of rehabilitation services and support a safe, positive clinical environment. Qualifications Strong clinical expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust individualized treatment plans. Solid foundation in Medicine and orthopedic principles to support accurate assessment and interdisciplinary collaboration. Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, including compassionate communication, patient education, and outcome-focused treatment. Experience providing Home Care guidance, including developing safe and effective home exercise programs and follow-up recommendations. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program; current Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility). Prior experience in sports medicine settings preferred. Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
