Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver mindfulness-based interventions such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and other therapeutic techniques aimed at enhancing client well-being. \n
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine each client’s unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals. \n
- Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and various breathing techniques to enhance emotional regulation and self-awareness. \n
- Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness practices and effective stress management to foster community and shared learning. \n
- Incorporate individualized mindfulness strategies during therapy sessions to address specific mental health challenges, paving the way for sustained personal growth. \n
- Collaborate with team members to develop integrated mindfulness approaches that align with clients' overall treatment plans, enhancing therapeutic effectiveness. \n
- Maintain detailed documentation regarding client progress, treatment interventions, and adaptations to individual plans as necessary. \n
- Commit to personal mindfulness practice and ongoing professional development to continually deepen your expertise in mindfulness and therapeutic techniques. \n
This position primarily serves adults facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, stress-related conditions, and life transitions. Our clients often seek support to cultivate mindfulness skills, manage stress, and improve their mental resilience, allowing you to play a crucial role in their journey toward improved self-awareness and emotional balance.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or Doctoral Degree: A degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Licensure: Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Arizona. \n
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a calm and supportive environment conducive to therapy. \n

- Prior experience with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar mindfulness practices is highly preferred. \n

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
