FrankCrum Staffing is actively building a talent pipeline for skilled Mechanical Assemblers and Electrical Assemblers throughout the Tampa Bay area. We partner with leading manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, electronics, and production companies throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties and are seeking qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience assembling mechanical components, electrical systems, finished products, or industrial equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.
Read and interpret assembly instructions and manufacturing documentation.
Wire electrical panels, harnesses, control systems, and related components as required.
Assemble mechanical systems, subassemblies, and finished products.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or production issues.
Maintain accurate production and assembly records.
Follow safety standards, company procedures, and quality requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Support production goals and deadlines.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
Mechanical Assemblers
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
Experience assembling machinery, equipment, components, or manufactured products preferred.
Electrical Assemblers
Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience wiring panels, harnesses, switches, relays, or control systems preferred.
Knowledge of electrical assembly techniques and best practices.
General Requirements Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to stand, bend, and work throughout a shift.
Reliable attendance and transportation.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
