Compliance Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Compliance Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $60.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the administration of enterprise wide compliance programs by overseeing daily monitoring investigations and required reporting.
• Manage customer due diligence processes including onboarding reviews enhanced monitoring and periodic risk assessments.
• Lead system usage and optimization efforts to improve monitoring reporting automation and data accuracy.
• Serve as a primary contact for examinations and audits by preparing documentation coordinating responses and supporting remediation.
• Guide and mentor compliance staff while promoting accountability continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.

• 7+ years of experience in compliance roles focused on financial crime prevention and regulatory programs.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing compliance or risk professionals.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to financial crime and sanctions obligations.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities confidently in a fast paced environment while meeting internal and external expectations.

• Apply strong judgment analytical thinking and problem solving skills when addressing complex or sensitive matters.
• Implement or enhance automated compliance solutions while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Develop maintain and improve policies procedures and reporting to align with regulatory expectations.
• Build productive relationships with internal partners external reviewers and senior leadership.
• Hold professional certification or advanced compliance training considered beneficial.
