Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor for a full-time, onsite opportunity with an animal health compounding pharmacy in Bakersfield, CA. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, leading a team of pharmacists, ensuring compliance with compounding standards, and driving quality and process improvements. Term of Assignment: Direct Hire | Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM Full-Time, Onsite Job Duties: Lead, coach, and develop a team of pharmacists Establish productivity and quality expectations Oversee daily compounding operations and workflow Ensure compliance with USP , , and standards Maintain training records and proper compounding procedures Assist with drug selection for dispensing and compounded preparations Identify and implement process and formulation improvements Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations Requirements: Active California Pharmacist license in good standing BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy 2+ years of pharmacy management experience in a lab setting 2–5 years of compounding experience Strong knowledge of USP , , , State Board regulations, and 503A requirements Proven leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits: Base salary starting at $160,000+ annually, plus bonus potential, based on experience Benefits eligible For more information on this role, and additional open positions, please send your updated resume to Stacey DiConsiglio at View email address on click.appcast.io or call View phone number on click.appcast.io.
