Responsibilities Interact with customers daily, assisting with sales and negotiating agreements concerning pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Greet customers and provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Multitasking ability. Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer). Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus. Sales background is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Self‑motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic. Excelling at customer service and relationship building will take you far in your career with EZCORP.
