Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Saw Operator for the 2nd Shift (M-Th Schedule). This role involves operating a saw to cut parts to the correct size, distributing finished pieces, and following engineered drawings. Prior experience is not required, but strong measuring skills and a positive attitude to learn are essential.
Responsibilities
- Operate saw to cut parts to accurate size.
- Check parts for accuracy after cutting.
- Follow work orders to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Distribute finished cut pieces to the next department for material handling.
Essential Skills
- Ability to use a tape measure with precision.
- Skill in reading blueprints or engineered drawings.
- Mechanically inclined and capable of machine operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with production and fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with hand tools, deburring, and grinding.
- Knowledge of calipers and micrometers.
Work Environment
Work in a clean, well-spaced, and organized manufacturing facility designed to support efficiency and safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
