Located eight miles from downtown Pittsburgh, in the heart of the South Hills, St. Clair Country Club is searching for motivated, reliable, and passionate individuals to add to our Men's Grill service team. These are great positions for candidates without experience in the food & beverage industry that are looking to gain experience or for those who are not yet 18 years of age that are looking for exposure in preparation for becoming a server or bartender.

The Club is open year-round:

Tuesday through Sunday in-season (April - end of October)

Wednesday through Sunday during the off-season (October-March).

Weekend and holiday availability is important.

Shifts Available: weekdays/weekends/holidays!

Requirements:

Essential Duties:

· Greets and provides outstanding service with a smile to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner.

· Displays teamwork and doing "whatever it takes" to deliver optimum member/guest experience.

· Assists Men’s Grill Attendants in their duties including:

o Make sure tables, chairs, and surrounding areas are detailed and ready for member arrival, including pre-setting water.

o Provides continuous assistance throughout meals including bread service, re-fill water, clear dirty dishes after each course, clear tables at the end of meal, clean and sanitize tables & chairs, and reset tables.

· Remains productive throughout shift with opening/closing side work assigned by Manager

· Lift and carry up to 15-25 pounds regularly.

· Positive attitude - Strong work ethic - Punctual and dependable - Good communication skills

· At least 16 years of age
