General Dentist Partner Opportunity - Round Rock, TX
Start Date: October 2026
Position Type: General Dentist Partner / Ownership Opportunity
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
Patient Population: All Ages
The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced General Dentist who is ready to take the next step from associate to owner and play a key role in growing and shaping a thriving dental practice.
This is an opportunity for a driven, clinically skilled dentist to build a team, develop the patient experience, and have a meaningful role in the direction of the practice . The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to put in the work early on, embrace the risks and rewards of ownership, and is motivated by more than just a paycheck.
The practice has a strong focus on bread-and-butter general dentistry and high-yield procedures , with very little emphasis on boutique cosmetic dentistry. All procedures are performed in-house, providing the incoming partner with the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry under one roof.
Clinical Scope
The practice serves patients of all ages and offers a broad range of general and advanced procedures, including:
- Preventive care and comprehensive examinations
- Restorative dentistry and fillings
- Crowns and bridges
- Root canal treatment and retreatment
- Simple and surgical extractions
- Wisdom tooth extractions
- Implant placement and restoration
- Dentures
- Bonding and veneers
- Periodontal therapy, including SRPs and prophys
- Other comprehensive general dentistry procedures
There is a heavy focus on endodontics and surgical procedures , particularly wisdom tooth extractions. Experience with implant placement is highly valued.
Sedation credentials are a strong plus , particularly for a dentist comfortable performing surgical extractions and wisdom tooth cases.
Practice & Team
The practice currently has:
- 1 orthodontist on staff
- 1 part-time general dentist, working Friday afternoons and Saturdays
- Several dental assistants
- No dental hygienist currently on staff - the dentist will perform SRPs and prophys (as needed)
The incoming partner will have the opportunity and responsibility to hire, mentor, and build out the team . This is not a position where you simply step into an established structure - you'll have a direct hand in creating the culture, developing the staff, and shaping the overall patient experience.
The practice sees approximately 70-100 new patients per month, per doctor , providing significant opportunity for continued growth.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a dentist who:
- Has been out of dental school for at least 5 years and has meaningful associate experience
- Is ready to transition from associate to practice ownership
- Is ambitious, driven, and willing to put in the work necessary to grow the practice
- Truly cares about patients and the quality of care they receive
- Has strong endodontic and surgical skills
- Is experienced with implant placement
- Is comfortable treating a broad range of patients and procedures
- Is willing to take on leadership responsibilities and build a team
- Has sedation credentials and experience removing wisdom teeth (strong plus)
- Understands that ownership comes with both risk and opportunity and is comfortable accepting that risk
This is an ownership opportunity rather than a traditional salaried associate position .
- $370,000 buy-in
- 49% equity allocated to GP partner(s)
- 51% equity retained by Celebrate
- No traditional salary
- Profit is distributed pro-rata among GP partners based on their individual collections
This structure is designed for a dentist who wants to have real ownership and a direct financial stake in the success and growth of the practice .
Why this Opportunity?
Build something you own. This is an opportunity to move beyond being an associate and have a meaningful role in the future of a practice.
Shape your team. Hire, mentor, and develop the staff around you while creating the culture you want.
Practice comprehensive dentistry. Perform a broad scope of procedures in-house, with a particularly strong focus on endo, surgery, and implants.
Grow the practice. With a strong new-patient flow and significant room to develop the team and patient base, the incoming partner will have the opportunity to directly influence the practice's growth.
Share in the upside. Rather than a traditional salary model, your financial opportunity is tied directly to your collections and the success of the practice.
