Who You Are:
Step into the warmth and excitement of the holiday season as a Seasonal Beauty Host with L'Occitane at our San Francisco Premium Outlets  boutique. You will welcome each guest through our iconic yellow doors and help transform holiday shopping into a memorable, sensorial experience. With genuine hospitality, thoughtful product recommendations, and a passion for gifting, you will assist guests in discovering meaningful ways to celebrate the ones they care about.

The Fundamentals of What You’ll Do:

• Be the Host: Greet every guest with warmth and festive energy, creating an inviting atmosphere and a personalized sensorial experience.
• Make Gifting Feel Effortless: Anticipate each guest's needs, listen with care, and recommend thoughtful skincare, body care, and fragrance gifts for everyone on their list.
• Thrive in the Holiday Moment: Remain flexible, positive, and attentive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple guests and priorities.
• Let Success Drive You: Support sales goals and daily store operations by taking initiative, replenishing product, maintaining visual standards, and putting the guest first.
• Foster a Team Culture: Collaborate with colleagues, step in where needed, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team throughout the holiday season.
• Communicate with Care: Adapt your communication style to different guests and team members, welcome feedback, and help create smooth handoffs during peak traffic.

We value hearing from individuals who possess:

• Warm, engaging communication skills and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude experience in retail, hospitality, or a sales-driven environment is beneficial.
• A guest-first mindset with the ability to listen, personalize recommendations, and support holiday gifting needs.
• Interest in skincare, body care, fragrance, and the art of gifting is beneficial.
• Adaptability, reliability, and flexibility to support a seasonal retail schedule, including peak shopping periods.
• Basic technology skills and comfort learning point-of-sale and store tools.

The pay range for this role is $20.66 - $23.76 an hour (based on skills and experience).

We welcome talent with diverse experiences, ideas, and skills. We value your mindset over skills, skills are trainable.

We are committed to the Planet. We contribute to the company's waste reduction targets through their support of related in-store initiatives, such as our in-store recycling program, following inventory management guidelines to reduce product waste, and eliminating the purchase of single-use plastics, as well as by promoting our refill products to heat targets.
