ENT - Otolaryngology Position

Compensation Package:

• Guaranteed salary of approximately $570,000 for the first two years, plus a production incentive.
• Sign-on bonus of $75,000.
• Longevity bonus of $37,500 after the third and fourth years.

Position Overview:

• We are in search of a full-time ENT specialist to deliver comprehensive medical and surgical care to a diverse patient population.
• Benefit from immediate patient volume and established referral networks, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment.
• An audiologist will be available in the clinic to support patient care.
• The clinic is conveniently located on the hospital campus.
