You'll lead the team, manage daily operations, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support cafe staff to ensure excellent customer service. Oversee daily operations including inventory management and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe. Assist in training new staff members. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
